GT Chaane Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers CC was founded by Godfrey Chaane in the year 2000 with the vision of providing consulting services in the built environment, especially in the fields of quantity surveying and the project management function.
We pride ourselves with the expertise and experience of well-qualified and talented professionals. We aspire to participate in the mainstream economy of the country through infrastructure development and capacity building within the built environment.
We are associated with the construction management of an extensive range of projects and our track record is proof of a successful and robust strategic process that has been developed over the past 26 years.
Since the inception of our business, we have proactively worked to build a truly South African representative business, and we will continue to do so by being at the forefront of creating space for young South African leaders who will continue to bring forth a brighter future.

Our people
The professional staff complement of GT Chaane Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers CC comprises five registered quantity surveyors and a registered construction project manager. Furthermore, there are three candidate surveyors, as well as financial and administrative support staff.
