When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the telephone number and organisation if you give them, and your message.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
